What with localised lolita fashion such as Wa lolita for Japan and Qi Lolita for China, I suddenly had the urge to make my own designs of localised lolita fashion for the Philippines. The last assignment for college this year involved creating a hypothetical brand and guess what - mine is a Lolita brand!
