I'm not a big fan of those spikey-elements in the last one, but I love the colours and the way you made the tights match is actually pretty cute! My favourites are the second and the third(Is that a dress and matching jacket?) and the fourth but almost all of you designs I would buy, wear and feel gorgeous in. You really did a great job there and I look forward to seeing the pieces.
By spikey-elements, do you mean the print? It's a gothic cathedral print, but I admit the drawing isn't very representative of it. The fourth one is actually a one-piece! :D My dream is to make people feel gorgeous in the clothes I make, thank you very much for your kind words!
These are pretty great, the bold colors along with several muted ones really helps achieves what you were going for. Looking forward to the manufactured pieces!
The scans/editing don't do the colors much justice, there were 9 colors in the palette (mostly subdued reds and shades of beige/cream). But I'm happy the intention still came across!
Ah yes, the killer of colors that scanners are, but at least it still looks good? I guess what I was trying to say was the red and blue look bold against everything else, so it gives more of a "modern/futuristic" twist to what otherwise would look more historical. Actually looking at the few prints you have there are really great, since at first glace it just looks like the prints we have now, but on closer inspection the do kind of give the dystopian feel. Are those mannequins/puppets on the lower left's skirt? If so, I think that's the one I one I want to see made the most, along with the lower right.
Yes, the skirt has a BJD-marionette print and the little peignoir has a print with only the doll parts floating around. Those you mentioned are some of my favorites, that I would really like to make, but unfortunately having the special fabric printed is really expensive D:
