Another big earthquake...all of the shifting of the tectonic plates is making me nervous considering our location. It seems like Earth is going through some changes. My dad told me to keep it in the back of my mind what I should do if a big quake hits...hearing that he's slightly nervous about it doesn't help. Natural disasters freak me out. -

It's been a while since I last wrote in here. I've been working a lot lately and trying to workout in between that. I got my membership back at 24. It makes me happy. Work is good. I have done something everyday this month to get my heart rate up for at least 20 minutes. Most days I have gone jogging and sometimes I even worked out twice in one day. I'm feeling pretty good. Tonight when I get back from work Duncan and I are going to go for a run. I still need to clean up my diet a bit more though.

I'm new to the world of sushi addicts. I'm also trying to eat healthier lately as well and was thinking that I can't possibly have both these things at the same time. WRONG. I've done so much jogging in the past few days...it feels FANTASTIC. Now i just need to work on cleaning up my eating habits just a bit more and keep this running up and i'll finally be back on the right track ( Read more... ) -
After 3 years I finally did it
I quit my job today. I didn't realize that it was going to be such an emotional thing for me, but I guess it would considering I've been there for 3 years, I started in high school. My morning is off to a rocky start. I over slept - by an hour.
