I have been at home for 6 days now. I'm not using the term "moving home", I prefer to call it "staying" at home, that is until I find a suitable job else where. I could end up anywhere at this point. Yesterday I spent most of the morning cleaning... dishes, laundry, vacuuming, cleaning out my closet. I even sorted through old clothes and took them to the thrift store, something I've been meaning to do for awhile now. It was pretty refreshing ( Read more... ) -

I can hardly believe its been nearly 3 weeks since I've seen or spoken to John...
This week flew. On Monday Lauren had her thesis defense, she passed and with a few minor fixes she's done with grad school. We celebrated with Mexican and margaritas later that night.

You can't expect another person to fulfill you, when you've given ALL of yourself to that person. In the end, you are the only person that can fulfill your needs.
Relationships are about respect and admiration. If a person doesn't completely admire the other, what is keeping them interested in the relationship, yearning for more?

"Breaks" as many people like to call them, are not my cup of tea. I simply enjoy life for the moments, sweet or sour. Its life and I love to live it and work through it no matter what the circumstance. I feel so horrible right now. I just found out that I didn't get the internship position which offered $20,000 at Johnson and Johnson. I know things just weren't meant to be, I know that I thought that man was a complete douchebag and probably couldn't have stomached him for 6 months anyway... but the money and the experience would have helped me ( Read more... ) -
so called friends.
I'm so sick of people being friends with me when its convenient for them, I feel like I have too many friends like this. I feel like I am always too available for people, too reliable, too willing to come home and visit and then have to struggle to find a "time slot" to fit into these peoples busy schedules and then worst of all.... have to listen ( Read more... )
