Specifically, I predict the stock price will never go above 10% more than its previous peak (about $700 a bit earlier this year). It's currently at about $550, with P/E around 12

I'm after a new ADSL2+ modem/router. My ageing Netgear NG834G is irritatingly unreliable - it stops working and needs rebooting maybe only twice in a good week, or a dozen times on a bad day.
