All our clutter clearing and attempt to downsize the amount of stuff we have wasn't for our mental health or out of randomness. At long last, the Christmas lights are off of the house! I had an Indiana Jones moment after pulling down the first strand of icicle lights. A black snake I hadn't noticed when I set up the ladder was curled up in between some of the bushes. I hate it when that happens. My first week (and a half) home, and I feel like I've been here a month based on the amount of activity I've had. I think my official verdict is that the rechargable battery is no more. It has ceased to be. In short, it's dead, Jim. This fact was highly aggravating when I tried to mow the side yard last night. Most of the folks currently playing in our area may not remember him since he drifted away from the SCA during Logan's first reign. In a bittersweet event, I lost an apprentice, and gained three Peers.
