Normally, three days of teaching leaves me drained, but the class had good energy going and everyone managed to stay engaged in the learning process, so even though I was tired at the end of each day, I didn't want to stay in bed all weekend. Not quite. In spite of mucho pain thanks to all the arm and shoulder issues, I seem to be losing ground. And I am happy about it in this particular case. About three years ago, I set myself a goal to lose 10%. I met and exceeded that goal within a year. The next level goal was to lose an additional 10% from that mark.
