I spent the afternoon constructing yet another pair of custom bookshelf frames. I'm now about 3/4 of the way around the library, which will eventually have floor to ceiling shelves a little over 9 feet high. It has been a long renovation, a few hours at a time. It's been about nine months since I started working out, and as of today I'm fifty pounds lighter than I was when I started last March. That's a lot of hard work and a lot of fat free yoghurt. Along the way I've also increased my strength by about 20% to 35% and cut my mile times by about 25%. I feel good and I am going to kick ass on the ski ( Read more... )
