my dad is gone. I can't really check email and I can't always come to the phone, but I wanted to tell you, and thank you for your good wishes. He was gone by the time the doctors came into the room yesterday morning: massive aneurysm, brain hemorrage, brain death, but we said goodbye to his body at about 2am this morning. My father has had a stroke. He is, apparently, paralyzed and nonresponsive.
