My LJ got hacked.
And now I'm back.
Hmmm.

Strong enough. It was a browser exploit (Firefox-specific, allowed others on lj to steal your lj cookie, or something like that). Actually got hacked earlier this week, and then a bunch of the hacked accounts were used to spam some lj admin posts.

In theory, it's fixed now, but if you use FF, you might want to change your password, just in case they hacked your lj and got hold of the account information before the fixes went in. (Though I'm not sure that's possible with this exploit.)

I don't use Firefox, but I do use Mozilla. I wonder if they're similar enough still that it would have still counted.

Dunno. It wasn't mentioned by name, but then, the responsible parties were claiming that they had hacked something like 50% of all LJ accounts (very doubtful), so I figure might as well be on the safe side.
