"It's gonna rain." Tokagero commented sitting on the chimney watching Ryu work.
"There's not a cloud in the sky." Ryu argued steadying a nail and reaching for his hammer.
"With your luck? A monsoon, while there's still a hole in the roof. Water pouring into Anna's bedroom.
Though Ryu's face remained straight there was a sudden aura of fear pulsing off him at the idea that such a thing were possible.
He raised his hammer somewhat distracted by the thought as Bokomon scurried up onto the roof shouting "I FOUND THE STAPLE GUN!"
WHAM! Ryu's face contorted and every muscle tensed, tears streamed from under his sunglasses as he slowly lifted up his hand to look at the bashed thumb. Not broken but OH GOD IT HURT ( ... )

However, when the whamming sound came to fruition, it forcibly pulled her out of her trance, and she gasped sharply. "What the hell--" she muttered, standing up before opening her window. From the window, she climbed on top of the roof, looking at Ryu.
"What did you do to yourself?" she said, keeping her position firmly on the roof.

"Good afternoon Miss Hoshi." Bokomon called in his voice that was suspiciously like Manta's.
Yo. "Tokagero waved halfheartedly from his perch.

"One second," said the young shaman as she went back into her room. Retrieving her first aid kit, she climbed back up on the roof, displaying the kit.
"Let me see your thumb," she said as she found a place near Ryu so that she wouldn't fall and that she could inspect his thumb.

Standing below the clothesline she looked up with dismay shielding her eyes to the sunlight, "Who's bright idea was it to put the stupid thing all the way up there?" She complained.
Gottsumon set the wet clothes hamper down with a thud, "Well if it was lower the clothes would touch the grass." He explained.
"Shut up and hold still." Sandy dismissed his logic by climbing onto his back and sitting on his shoulders straining to reach the wire. "Got it! Ok hand me a shirt!"
And so the duo continued in this awkward clumsy fashion.

"Need some help?" He wasn't fond of doing this sort of thing either, but seeing her struggle that much? That calls for action...sort of.

"Sure." Gottsumon spoke up first and returned to passing Sandy clothes to hang which she did diligently, "Here grab one end." She ordered the older boy pointing to a bed sheet as Gottsumon passed her the other end.

"Okay," Train stated, taking the end of the bed sheet as instructed.

Indeed it was impossible to find ones self worrying about anything when you were in the famous Funbari Hot Springs.
Slipping up to her neck in the water, her golden hair piled up in a bun on the top of her head she let out a long relaxed sigh of bliss.
Phascomon was napping in the bedroom, the rest of Tiffany's chores were done...and though she had some history homework waiting for her a mid afternoon bath seemed just like what the doctor ordered. Hair smelling faintly of honey and citrus from her shampoo she let the hot water work it's magic unwinding and relaxing all her usually tense tight muscles. Even her weakened heart though it was beating a little faster in the heat was having an easier time as her chest relaxed.
She closed her eyes and listened to the sounds of nature and the world hidden just beyond the fence.

She twitched for a moment and puckered her lips spitting out the mineral rich water in a steady stream before opening an eye preparing to lecture Sandy about how rude it was to cannonball into the hotspring...as this had happened to her on more then one occasion...

"Can you see them?" Mr. Tadakichi asked from the kitchen floor watching the edge of the refrigerator eagerly, his lack of tail not stopping his bottom from giving a wag.
"It looks like after last time Tiffany moved the jerky." Mayaa called as he rustled about in the cabinet above the fridge, "I smell it but I can't see it...there are some biscuits in here though."
"Oooo I love Biscuits, can I have one please? Please please?" Mr. Tadakichi sat automatically knowing that a good dog is more likely to get a treat.
A scraping sound followed by a biscuit flying through the air was his answer, the massive plotmon sprang up and caught the biscuit...but failed to stop himself mid air and crashed into the table.
"Are you ok?" Mayaa called peering out from the cabinet.
Mr. Tadakichi's answer was the noisy crunching of a biscuit.
