The Funbari Onsen, in comparison to the Hinata and Silver Dragon Inns is relatively quiet these days. A safehaven from the increasing amount of foot traffic on the streets of Tetha.
Some have chosen to make this place their home, more often then not because someone they care about lived there already.
It has been awhile since anything particularly disruptive happened to the Onsen...though the people living there have a tendency to bring disruptive events upon themselves in public.
