There was no sun today. The fog never lifted. By three in the afternoon I could see the road clearly (on the far side of a paddock), but that was as clear as it got all day.

My head actually hurts from the cold.

I can't get over Hugh Laurie with an American accent. I keep seeing Lord Percy, and that sort of... ruins it, really.

Lord Percy was played by Tim McInnerny, wasn't he? Hugh Laurie played the Prince Regent in Blackadder Three.

The thing with lights in fog is that sometimes the reflection impairs your visibility. But it's better to have them on because its lets others see you
