There was no sun today. The fog never lifted. By three in the afternoon I could see the road clearly (on the far side of a paddock), but that was as clear as it got all day.
My head actually hurts from the cold.

This totally summarises House to me. I have to try it again, but seriously, all I see is this:
- Someones sick - probably just this ordinary thing.
- Oh no it's not! It's this weird thing.
- Oh no they've developed a new symptom and it CAN'T be that!
- It doesn't fit. The patient must be lying about something.
- Um. Maybe it's multiple things?
- Hurry up, they're dying damnit!
- *Pulls patient back from the brink* Well it was actually This, compounded with That, we are amazing doctors, thank you, thank you.
