Lacing tape?
Does anyone have any idea where I can buy proper lacing tape in .uk? I've run out of the small cache of it that I'd hung onto from my days at Plessey. I'm looking for the flat, nylon, black, waxed, 25lb kind that's easy to handle, tie, and can be cut with the tip of an iron. It's been a mad couple of weeks since we've legally been part of Oracle here in England. There have been meetings, there has been training, there has been drinking, and no doubt there will be more. Sticky
Much has been written about the average house cat's aversion to water. But stranger still is their reaction to peeled sticky labels. They are compelled to touch them, yet cannot stand being touched by them. Peel a price tag of something and drop it on the floor. A cat approaches, slinking. ... anyone actually win anything from one of those "crane" (the Claw!) machines in an arcade, but last night was an exception. I'd always assumed it was more or less impossible given the weakness of the claws and the weight of the prizes, but the individual in question claimed to be good at it.
