The quarantine cattery/kennel is near Ansty, and while looking for lunch we came upon the same pub that we visited in 2006 on the Spiritfurs canal trip. It took a few moments for me to make the connection; the pub looked familiar, but I knew I'd never driven here before. The Pago is no more, its place taken by the more pedestrian J20. -
Room Service!
If you are staying in a hotel alone, then the evening meal is a bit of a bind. You can go down to the restaurant with a book (if you go without one, then you'll have to stare at the wall or other diners while the kitchen does its thing - and that's just creepy). This last week...
I have mainly been waiting to get a full range of motion on my left knee following my inglorious exit from Badger's and Colin's house (hope the smoke machine is okay, Yag).
