I finally got my honours mark and recieved a respectable 2A, its no first class, but I can still get a scholarship for PHD if I want it, and thats what matters. Both my examiners felt I was let down by my supervisor and I could of told them that, but I can take pride in the fact that despite all that happened during my honours (living with crazy ( Read more... )

I had my oral defence on Monday, and still they won't tell me my result. It went ok I think, on of the examiners asked me many molecular questions asking me why I used the primers that I used etc. which I think I could of answered much better if my thesis was fresher in my mind, I also thought of good answers a few days later. Finally after handing in my thesis over 6 weeks ago, I finally recieved a date for my oral defence today. Its on the 1st of September, so a while a way yet.
