I have a pretty red ribbon in my hair

I finally got my honours mark and recieved a respectable 2A, its no first class, but I can still get a scholarship for PHD if I want it, and thats what matters. Both my examiners felt I was let down by my supervisor and I could of told them that, but I can take pride in the fact that despite all that happened during my honours (living with crazy bitch, moving, supervisor meditating for over half my honours), I did pretty good in the end, and its all my own work. Unlike some other people who MADEUP results for their honours thesis! I needed to edit it alot more, but I ran out of time and what can you do. I'm going to pick it up next week for corrections, even though I don't really want to read it again. But it needs to reach its full potential as a thesis, sounds stupid but it needs to be done.

Other news my apartment is being sold, and there is chance I may have to move again next april, I really don't want to, I like my little place and moving is sooooooo much effort. I'm also losing my housemate, which is also sad because I like living with her. Of course I'm happy for Kate and her job in Canberra, it'll be such a great adventure. But It means I need to find a new housemate , more effort. I can't really afford this place by myself, especially seeing as the rent is going up, plus it would be boring.

Finally I have had flu A for the last 2 weeks (my throat swab got sent to work and I went to work on Monday and they told me what I had). I was on the couch with a fever all last week, and this week I have felt like crap and I keep on making silly mistakes that require things to be repeated. Maybe I should consider the flu shot next year............

I'm hoping things will be looking up soon, when health returns. But the future is still very uncertain and I have no idea where I will end up in the next 6 months.

But good things:
I love my new car and it runs like a dream
I'm enjoying Bones and X files re-runs on TV
I have a red ribbon in my hair
