Sometimes I will meditate within a small time period. Places I use to concentrate my thoughts are stones, or something you can build with. I will place all of the thoughts I can't nail down in order by their impact on the next four hours of my life, and I will build a fountain, or a statue, with the most relevant piece on the top ( Read more... )
