*raises a finger* Correction: I like musicals. It's just that you can't have one without the other. Anyway. Nice to meet you.

"What is a musical?" He asks innocently.

"What is a musical," he asks. *shakes his head* What is the world coming to? A musical. It's... heaven, that's what it is.

Oh, hey. Look who walked in.

You're telling me. Nice one.

Yes, well, hello to you too. *smiles in spite of himself*

Thanks. Personally, I'm surprised no one's called him that before. Unless they have. They have, haven't they?

What, you aren't going to start singing?

They probably have. I would have if I'd thought of it.

I couldn't decide between "Hello, Perry" and "When Perry Walks In The Room." Both by Jerry Herman, of course.

Maybe it's just too obvious.

Buzz! *smiles, though there's a tinge of worry to it* It's good to see you. But I'm afraid I haven't seen James or John.

Nice to meet a volunteer. There aren't enough of them. I'm a nurse at Middlesex. Was, anyway. No hospital here, after all.

There aren't enough and the ones there are keep dying off. *a tight smile* No hospital? What happens if someone needs help?

*nods* Half the volunteers at Middlesex ended up patients there, after a while. Some of the staff, too. *shrugs* We sort of make do. There aren't many doctors, either. It's possible to get medications, though, if necessary, and a lot of other medical supplies.

Wonderful. Just wonderful. *sighs* I'm stable at the moment, knock on wood, but if my boyfriend shows up... *shakes his head*
