Nice to meet a volunteer. There aren't enough of them. I'm a nurse at Middlesex. Was, anyway. No hospital here, after all.

There aren't enough and the ones there are keep dying off. *a tight smile* No hospital? What happens if someone needs help?

*nods* Half the volunteers at Middlesex ended up patients there, after a while. Some of the staff, too. *shrugs* We sort of make do. There aren't many doctors, either. It's possible to get medications, though, if necessary, and a lot of other medical supplies.
