So after 3.5 weeks, finally got back this past Tuesday night ( Read more... ) -
Day 15
Well, this is it. It's all over now. I am officially done. Today was my last day with these kids. I am sorely going to miss them. They were my life for 3 weeks straight. At almost every meal, we (being with other instructors/staff) talked about our kids...at every study hall, I would think about what they could do even when I wasn't there...at ( Read more... ) -
Day 14
Holy crackers, one more day and that's it. Part of me is really happy, and part of me is not.

Day 13
Wednesday was crazy day. We had SOOOOO much to do in 3 hours, and then we had another 2 hour lab, and then at night we had to make sure that all the kid studied for the exam. grrr. So much. So exhausted. On top of which, I had to edit my evals. *faints*. Yeah, it was a lot of stuff. ELISA didn't work, had to doctor it up and make it work, LOL. ( Read more... ) -
Day 12
Today we took an excursion to the Mutter Museum which is located in Philly. Not bad. It had lots of medical samples and stuff that we wouldn't see today such as diseases that we can cure or at least prevent like syphillis and TB. Took us 1.5 hours to get there. Day 11
So JHU is quickly coming to an end. Part of me dreads the end. There's a real good chance that I'll never see or talk to these people again. I'll miss my students, even when they stress me out, cause me to stay up late, work constantly in the lab, and stress me out to no end. It's a fun ride.
