45 Years - Can't Believe It

Yes, 45 years ago I was baprised by my Dad at the Old Chapel in Upminster.  I do remember a lot about the day, a special time of confirming my faith.  As Dad was taking the service I was able to chose 3 of the 4 hymns (Dad chose the first), and they were -
O Come all Ye Faithful
O Jesus, I have Promised, to serve Thee to the end Both Mum & Dad also

Yes, so pleased that the building has been preserved fairly much as it was ... although I should imagine the baptistry has now gone, as the floor was never 100% stable over it anyway!

Yes, still can't believe it's 45 years ... a lovely time of memories, though
