I had a day off yesterday an it was real nice. I actually got things accomplished. In the morning I got up early to help Dad with the driveway. Skipping out of work early tonight to go to a Christmas party at the bike shop.

Talked to my boss today about him making a schedule for me to use during the semester so I can attend my class. It looks as though I will be working every weekend from January 5 thru April 20. I was talking to a guy at work(Roger) about my new bike(98 shadow 750) and he said his son(20 yrs old) had a shadow 750 that he had bought new. More precisely his son needed to sell a 2003 Honda Shadow 750cc, black. Shortly after getting it he got himself a few traffic tickets and a DUI in the car which made his insurance rate sky rocket. A few days ago I made a post showing a picture of a motorcycle I was looking at. I was seeking opinions. Those who commented all agreed that it was a nice looking bike. After thinking about it for a couple of days I went ahead and decided to get it. I picked her up Friday.

I have a project for tomorrow before work. In addition to getting the last few things ready before going up north and for work. On my ride into work today I seem to have finished off the front brakes on my bike. Kind of sudden really, everything was fine and then grinding...no crossover warnings to keep me from grinding. After waiting several days for my headlight to arrive so I can put in my bike and resume using it, I got the bulb. However, it does not fit because the wrong bulb was ordered. The above sound you heard was my mind. I just got all the car problems straightened out with my Geo/Pickup/bike and then last night I lost the left-hand mirror on my bike (which was an absolute pain in the ass to get a temp fix, and I have to wait a few days for a good fix).
