Not sure why I am awake right now. I realize it is New Years and most people are awake but, my day started at 5:15am (12/31/06) when the tones went off for an airplane in Pontiac Lake. I went to bed somewhere between 8-9pm but, now I am awake and watching the Prairie Home Companion New Years special. Anywho more to the point this is one of those ( Read more... ) -

Last night they voted me off my probation. I received my badges and my accepted status as a member of the Volunteers for Waterford Fire Department. I survived my first 6 months as a Firefighter. -
I think I still know how to use a computer
I am indeed still alive. School has been doing a few things. A: kicking my ass, B: Killing my brain & C: taking almost all of my time. I will admit I did sacrifice LJ in order to be able to spend some time with the girls. I would probably do more on the internet if I could access it from the fire station ( Read more... ) -

School is trying to kill me, but I am still alive. Almost done with the first month. Once we get into October (a clinical month) I should have some more time. -

Well, I start my paramedic class tomorrow. It should be interesting.
I hope I do well, this is the biggest chance I have taken in my life. I quit my job to take a class over material that I don't have the best grasp on...
