I’m losing my voice and am wondering if I should call in sick. Yeah, I did. It feels like someone rubbed my throat with steel wool.

The puppy is licking everything that she can reach :) Oliver (I’m assuming) knocked over the orchids. I gave Bella her ball. I’m not sure what she did with it. Fed the beasties. Bella is a “half-a-lap” dog.

Mimi was having problems jumping on my lap, so I picked her up. Surprisingly, she didn’t mind.

I found a recipe for a mixed berry smoothie. They suggest adding 1/2 a frozen banana to it, so I need to pick up some bananas and freeze them.

I paid for my Italian lessons and some music lessons last night. I couldn't get a full 45 minutes this week with my piano teacher, so I booked 30 minutes.

My groceries arrived. Brought them in and fed the cats and myself.

My foot is feeling better today. I have a big nasty bruise blossoming, but bruises I know how to handle. I ordered a cane from CVS for delivery and some ibuprofen to deal with the swelling. I ordered a bronze cane and wound up with a pink one. Okay. The cane helps somewhat, but it's a pain to lug around.
