Oh, I forgot to mention this and needed to since a few days ago. We have a new guy who has moved in at  Mary's old flat at number 27 which is diagonally above me to the left

Indeed it is. We already had a discussion about LPs and what record is my rarest. I mentioned that none were rare except for Kraftwerk LP but that is only around sixty in its excellent condition. I am trying to convert him to jazz lol!
