It's a touch of genius that this man said that Obama's missing only a moustache. I'd just love to go up to him and say "Your Youtube video has hundreds of thousands of hits, so you're clearly also drawing crowds - and you have a moustache - so by your own reasoning, you're more Hitlery than Obama!"

It pains me to think even for a moment that this guy actually has followers, actually draws the respect and admiration of others for even a moment. I mean... he just made up a song on the spot (complete with, albeit gentle and euphonic, 'umm's as he fished for lyrics) about Obama being gay.

I'm in love with the term 'Long-Legg'ed Mac Daddy' though. That one tickles me.

What was most frightening for me was how at the end he cooled right down, switching gear and changing track completely and finished it with a calm and composed parting. Makes me shiver.

Hey, I'm not saying Obama hasn't disappointed me in a number of regards, but that's largely because he hasn't been as left-wing as we'd all hoped he would be when he was elected. He's really kind of a middle of the road type of dude. The fact that his supporters are disappointed by the fact that he's such a moderate and his detractors hate him because they imagine him to be a far-right-wing-fascist and a far-left-wing communist (both at the same time!) makes it difficult to take them very seriously. They just kind of hate him because they hate him, and much like this preacher-man, they spew out any crazy thing they've ever heard about him that seems defamatory, without any critical analysis of the claims or indeed need for those claims to make sense or indeed even be compatible with one another ( ... )
