Javi has a hipster-style thing going on, but he seemed one of the most down-to-earth philosophy heads I've ever met. He has a beautiful tattoo on his forearm (more of a pattern than a thing), and he wore a paisley tie with the silhouette of a bird on it (2 things I love: paisley and bird images).
