i got a new roommate (did i ever even tell you monica was leaving?), and i picked one of the boys. the one ex-ibm engineer and future intellectual property lawyer. he is 27, and kind of a dorky hipster boy. (actually, his hipster clothes bother me.) we are going ice skating in bryant park this weekend, which is kind of mortifying just because i am not one of those date-y kind of people.
the roommate's name is megan. she is a full-time nanny for an executive at gucci, and she is from seattle. she seems like she's from seattle, too. fine so far, but i don't really know her. and i'd just gotten used to having the place to myself, so adjusting to a stranger will be fun.
