Oh my God, daasgrrl! wtyegshgjfknlgjlhkfdmskfdlj <-- keyboard smash of sheer, inarticulate joy

It's--it's! With the slash! And the bondage! And the toy! And the power play! And the hot! And the POEM!

Look how short and tight the lines are -- so much in so few words! The wonderful choice of end-words! The first stanza! But then, the fourth stanza! But then, the sixth! And the last! And did I mention the HOT?

All the ways the silence shifts between them, changing meanings -- the control House needs in bed and out of it that he's willing to surrender sometimes (which is still a form of control, if he *lets* Wilson touch him) and that he may not realize Wilson is letting him have, too, at least for now -- the game that's not a game -- Wilson in bondage, yielding, straining --

Gahhhh, I just. *hugs* Thank you. I'm sitting here with my glaze-eyed fever and my tissue box and you have no idea how much better this just made my life.

Hee! Yay! I be doing the dance of happy now. You brought it on yourself, you know - after reading that latest very cool SG:A one you wrote, I thought it would at least be interesting to try. And appropriate for you. And see? Toys! LOL.

Aww, sorry to hear you're sick. Again?

Hmm, okay, the 'which' is supposed to refer back to the 'secret' in the previous line. Do you think it would work better starting from "In time..."? I just thought perhaps the connection might not be as clear that way, but maybe it doesn't need to be.

And you, elynittria -- LOL -- were you editing both our poems this week? You sneak, you. :D

Hee! Actually, the editing happened sequentially, w/o overlap. But I loved every minute of close reading of both sestinas!

I realize the subject matter is a bit dark, but the poem is absolutely beautiful, potent, and engaging. I'm pretty sure I was I was holding my breath the entire time while reading.

*is so hopelessly addicted to erotic poetry*

Aww, thank you! And for reading - I know 'poetry' is often synonymous with 'RUN AWAY!' XD

*smiles*

See, I remember the incredibly beautiful "double star" poem you wrote before about House and Wilson, and so I am not surprised that you could write this. Because you are wonderful, and made of the sum total of awesome in the known universe.

This is really incredibly well done, and each time I read it it makes me think of some mad version of an AU Shakespeare.

What else to say, but -- *mems* ?

Wow, a mem from you? Now that's awesome, especially since I wasn't sure whether this would work at all. Thanks so very much :D

(I'm now going to have to read those ficwriters_anon entries all over again now, dammit... LOL.)

*shifty eyes*

Well, I was super hyper before that, too. Still am. Crazy work week that somehow gave me more energy than took away. Need to post about that at some point ;)
