I forgot to mention that a particular scene in His Last Vow reminded me very much of one from House (Three Stories) which inspired a gifset. Since there doesn't seem to be a nice, easy way of duplicating it on lj without playing around with formatting (that I know of), it's here on my tumblr if you were interested :)

I came up with and rejected about a dozen titles for this vid: Ouroboros (classy, no?), Sons of the Father, Like Father, Like Son, Daddy Dearest, Of House and Holmes, A House is not a Holmes, There's No Place Like Holmes and others just as patently dreadful. For obvious reasons, I eventually gave up and went back to basics.

I was completely bemused at being attacked by a fic recently - like I didn't have enough to do before Christmas! But I was pretty happy, especially when I also realised that I haven't managed to write anything since September.
