Mmm raspberries!

I made these tonight for my brother, he requested them. They're chocolate mini cupcakes with raspberry filling and covered in white chocolate.

Wow, those looks so amazingly scrumptious!

The funny thing is, just last night I was thinking to myself that I ought to make some raspberry cupcakes, and here's even more incentive to do so! :D Think I'll make bigger ones & use regular chocolate frosting, though... Hmm... Yum.

oh wow that's gotta be the first pic in here that really made my mouth water! imagine of those were regular sized cupcakes, those would be some HUGE raspberries!!
