Mmm raspberries!

I made these tonight for my brother, he requested them. They're chocolate mini cupcakes with raspberry filling and covered in white chocolate.

OMG, I would kill for a recipe. they look gorgeous

I just used a basic chocolate cake recipe, and then this (http://www.emerils.com/recipes/by_name/raspberry_filling.html) raspberry filling recipe. The topping is just melted white chocolate. In the future I think I'll use a butter cream or cream cheese frosting instead just because I like them better than just plain white chocolate, but my brother requested the white chocolate.
