I recently threw a party the other day for my 1 yr old. We were originally going to go with a Tigger theme but alas there wasnt much Tigger themed stuff so we decided to go with a Spiderman theme instead. I made cupcakes for the ease but decided to put them together in a cake form and decorate them that way... its not real great but it is homemade ( Read more... )

My finished vanilla cupcakes with chocolate cream cheese frosting!! The cupcakes weren't what I was looking for. Still more editing. But they are still good. I'd like them a little more fluffier and not as spongie. It's okay though, I've got a plan for the next batch though. The frosting was perfect!! :)
