Okay folks.  Here we go.  I have many of things on my mind lately.

Okay, so, I'm on day 14 on the 21 Day Raw Food Challenge.  Tonight was our Hands On class and the theme was Mexican Fiesta.   Oh. My. Gawd.  I don't have to give up my addiction to Mexican food.  This is seriously the most delicious Mexican food I have ever had.  I so can't wait to make some of my own at home.  I can't believe how easy it was too. Well, I will say this.  That the new journal does put colour in the fonts for me.  But not the fonts of choice.  I think I'll stay with the oldie but goodie.  I really like the layouts when using it on my computer better.  It makes more sense and is more in tune to what my OS is based off of.

I’m trying something new. It’s a new journal programme. I’ve gotten rather used to the old one. Let’s see how this works out.

Colours in the text, as expected. Fonts. Whatever I choose, as expected. Hmm. let’s see the preferences.

Hmmm, I think I like the old one better. . . .

So, a couple of things come to mind on my preoccupied day off.  Somewhat bound to my duty of being a friend to Williams.  I put aside my day off to accomplish things to be done to a day of relaxation and rest.  And now entertainment.  It's okay, and I don't mind because it's something I need to work more on.  So, it's all good.

Since this past spring I’ve been a little concerned about my feet. And what actually brought this on was that I’m going through a series of adjustments to my body by way of Rolfing.
