Okay, so, I'm on day 14 on the 21 Day Raw Food Challenge. Tonight was our Hands On class and the theme was Mexican Fiesta. Oh. My. Gawd. I don't have to give up my addiction to Mexican food. This is seriously the most delicious Mexican food I have ever had. I so can't wait to make some of my own at home. I can't believe how easy it was too. My group had to make the "unfried beans". It was sensational. The 'sour cream' was just amazing. I can't wait to make some dehydrated nachos for all of these goodies! My lunch to day was awesome too. I made the "Not Your Baked Beans". Sooo good! As I write this I'm enjoying a nice crystal glass of Guava Goddess Kombucha. I gotta tell ya, I feel a little drunk. And it's all probiotic and aminos. I guess because of the fermentation that the alcohol content is like less than 0.5%. I dunno. But I feel it. I think the rain helps too.
I feel amazing. I think I've lost like 10 lbs or so by now. I haven't weighed myself since I started. Maybe this weekend I'll do that. I've started brushing my skin on a regular basis again. I haven't been exercising though and I really need to. These past two weeks have been pretty busy back to back every day. My challenge class meets like three times a week. The second week was the toughest I believe. I had little energy and I felt totally drained. Some of it is the detox but the majority of it was from my Rolfing appointment on Sunday. He worked on my head, face and neck. That was by far the toughest appointment I have ever had. It really did completely drain me for three days. Towards the end of the week I still felt I had clarity and awareness.
