I've got a special announcement to make, folks. The summertime's rolling around next month, so there's no better time than the present to reveal my big surprise! Oh wow! A pool, sir? That sounds so exciting!

Even prisoners should be allowed to swim!

Certainly, my girl, certainly! Just a shame it didn't happen sooner, eh?

Of course, sir! I love to swim now, but as a child I wasn't allowed! It seems I came close to drowning so many times that my parents became paranoid!

Apparently all the holes haven't been plugged, yet.

A pool will be nice, still. Looking at the plans, it just fits within regulations. You did your homework.

HO HO HO! Worthy, Worthy, I know I hurt your sensitive pride with my little plan. But don't you think this kind of bluff is low, even for you, my boy?

Say hi to good ol' Gellie for me, eh?

I wouldn't waste a bluff on you, Gant. Everything there has been coming across my desk for some time now. Your little plan couldn't have gone through without my approval. I decided it would be easier to build a pool there than continue bussing the inmates who need physical therapy to the hospital's facility.

Besides, the budget has been flush for a few years now. It's much easier to find funds when you don't have to worry about the pension of the former chief of police.

Oh ho! A pool, you say?

Yes.... that sounds very nice. Public pools are so hard to keep clean, but the prison staff should be able to handle it easily.

I believe I will arrange a pool party. I wonder how many of the prosecutors I should invite...

OH HO HO! That sounds splendid, Udgey! Lemme know when they're all coming for the good ol'-fashioned pool party.

Don't forget the pool noodles!
