A bit of sad news: Dale's time at rehab after his fall is almost up, but he still requires 24-hour care and the family is not prepared to have a live-in caretaker right now, so they have made the decision to find a convalescent home in which to place him for at least the time being. Ugh. Today is a day that has made Mia doubleplus crabby. First I had to run Dale's 24-hour urine collection bottle to Quest Diagnostics by the hospital...only I forgot where the hospital was and had no way of looking that up in my car. Well, work was something of a nightmare this morning. I won't go into details to spare the TMI-sensitive in the crowd, but Dale did NOT have a good night and was really depressed and embarrassed when I got there.
