I think they're nearly finished. They've nailed/stapled the final balcony covering up, and just need to trim it. They're totally finished with the replacement work under the eaves, and around the side--no more squirrel holes! And their work uncovered lots of wasps, too, so maybe it wasn't all in vain. Just highly annoying....

Why am I awake at 10AM when I should be asleep? Because at 9AM sharp the rental office called with the (to me) unreasonable request if see I could please move my balcony plants because the construction guys were here to replace the ceiling. Got out this evening to a preview of Ratatouille; brilliant, brilliant job. I've been owned by more than my fair share of rats over the years, and this is easily the best job animating rats I've ever seen; possibly ever done.
