Back in the Saddle
What a great day. Work went pretty well. I've been working out of the house instead of the coffee shop almost all the time the past week or two. With the daily 10am conference call, it's easier to be at home where I have a speakerphone and a mostly quiet space than at a noisy(albeit fun) coffee shop. Brewiness
I brewed my first all-grain batch Sunday - a Holiday Ale. It was surprisingly uneventful. The worst thing that happened was a miscalculation in water quantity that resulted in a 3.5 gallon batch instead of 5. That's a pretty big mistake, but at least it didn't prevent me from producing drinkable beer...just less of it.
