Brewiness
I brewed my first all-grain batch Sunday - a Holiday Ale. It was surprisingly uneventful. The worst thing that happened was a miscalculation in water quantity that resulted in a 3.5 gallon batch instead of 5. That's a pretty big mistake, but at least it didn't prevent me from producing drinkable beer...just less of it.
