Contrary to popular belief (and the bus ride home), I'm not upset. I'm not.

Because we were amazing.

My heart is pounding and all I've been thinking about is the next week and two days. Do I need to explain? How I want it, how I've been working (we have, even if sometimes it doesn't seem so) for it.

Please just care. I don't know how myself and others can produce so much energy, so much heart, and you're still going through the motions.

Less than two weeks. Less than two weeks, and it's all over.

Until next season for some. Forever, for others.

I know I'll cry at States, not because it's over for me, but because it's another reminder that Elise, Steph, and Laura are leaving. Next year, they won't be here, and I have no idea what I'm going to do. I think one of the reasons James ( Read more... )
