about 1/2 c. milk (use marks on side of blender) 1/2 cup plain or your choice flavor yogurt. 2 ice cubes or 3f 3 large frozen strawberries ultrafine sugar (to taste) - no need to add if you use sweetened yogurt small amt. vanilla
