quickie "pizza"

2 pieces gyro bread (like pita bread without the pockets)
olive oil
spaghetti sauce (like marinara)
fake pepperoni
shredded mozzarella

Preheat oven to about 415/420 (more or less is fine)

rub both sides of both gyro breads with olive oil
place breads on pizza baking pan (I used the kind with holes in it)
spread out a circle of sauce on each bread
lay out fake pepperonis (as many as you want)
sprinkle cheese (couple handfuls each one)

bake until cheese is melty with golden bits, crust a bit golden and crunchy.

allow to cool a few minutes, cut each into 4 pieces. 1 ate 1.5 pizzas (no side dish) and I'm pretty full! Yum.
