This morning my mother woke up to a black screen with this error message:  Windows 7, Build 7601, This copy of Windows isn't genuine.

Question/Problem: When using Word type programs (including Microsoft Office Word and OpenOffice), if I attempt to use my touch pad to scroll up and down the page it seriously distorts the display to the point that it becomes impossible to read. I am hoping someone out here can help me.

Question/Problem: In Vista, when I right-click and select 'open with' -> 'choose default program' -> 'always use the selected file to open this program' it works fine for me, and will henceforth always associate .xxx file with the program I pick it out with. I got a new laptop yesterday (HP), and I am trying to connect to the internet but I can’t seem to connect... I'm not very good with computers.

-I tried trouble shooting and it says “Doesn’t have a valid IP configuration”?
-I can connect to my network but it says no internet access...
