I got a new laptop yesterday (HP), and I am trying to connect to the internet but I can’t seem to connect... I'm not very good with computers.

-I tried trouble shooting and it says “Doesn’t have a valid IP configuration”?
-I can connect to my network but it says no internet access...

I have a wireless network with my Dell Inspiron 6400 and a Belkin router.
