I'm not quite the expert Mr Bloch is, but I can at least tell you what you'll need to have him clarify for you.

Then it wouldn't take you so long. You can go in ahead of me if you'd like. I'm afraid my business will take some time; and I'd hate for you to have to wait.

Oh no! It's not that! Everyone who opens an account has to be vouched for. The goblins are very meticulous about things like that. In case someones polyjuiced themselves or something.

And since Father can't be bothered with me is very busy; Mr Bloch is going to identify me.

My Father is negotiating a very important merger right now. He can't be expected to remember my birthday to interrupt that for such as trivial as this.

He has everything arranged so Mr Bloch can handle matters like this.

I expect it'll occur to him later that he should have done something about this himself, but it really won't matter in the long run.
