Gaaah! I've been checking your website EVERY DAY since I finished your last fic! I literally had some kind of facial spasm when I saw a new one! OOKAAY - SO. I turned off my music so I could concentrate on every single word... I was so excited when I read your warnings: "inappropriate use of tails"? Thought I! As sooon as I reached that paragraph, I was like "Is she gonna...?" HELLS YES. Basil fucked with his own fucking tail. One major advantage fanfiction with animals has over humans... I mean, sure, you can rape someone with a penis, but it's been done! Not that it isn't awesome... But sigh... yeah... I looooove your Ratigan (and Basil!) Oh, man, I'm soooo sorry I made you wait so long for this one. My sister's wedding was in late September, and all the weeks around it were swallowed up, as if by a black hole! O__O

Thank anneka_neko for this one, she's the one who PMed and was like: "BASIL. TIED UP. TAIL FUCKING." and I was like "OMG YESSSS." XDDD

I'm so glad that you love these characters as much as I do. Told you I'd get that 'Secretary' shout-out in there, didn't I? You know, the phrase "faking it" hadn't even popped into my head, but now that you've brought it to my attention, THAT'S TOTALLY CORRECT. Eeheehee. In regards to the white/black beads, while I AM a LOST fan, that wasn't my inspiration. I was rewatching the GMD film and noticed that Basil and Ratigan BOTH refer to their relationship as "the game," and I immediately wanted to think of a way for them to "keep score." An abacus felt like a classy solution, and the black/white color scheme was a natural fit. :)

Ok, I changed my oppinion: THIS is my favorite chapter till now!!!

You have such a way with the two of them it's amazing!!!

Seriously, you wrote these two SPECTACULARLY. It's dark, chillingly seductive, thrilling, compelling, I could toss out any number of words to describe this. I know first hand how difficult it is to write for Basil and Ratigan - trying to keep par with what they would think and do and feel, all the while maintaining the beautiful wit and charm that both characters have. It's a mindgame just to write for them! But you did it, and did it exquisitely <3

I cannot wait to read the rest of these!

And YOU, my friend, have brought me equal joy! That little comic is just too, too wonderful, and sounds EXACTLY like a game these two would play. I love both their expressions in the second panel--- Basil looks so confoundedly stubborn and Ratigan looks so gloriously smug. XD

Aww! Im so glad you liked it! And I thought it would be something they'd do...and I LOVED drawing their expressions...I dont usually get to draw characters who are as different from each other as Ratigan and Basil are, though I think I made Basil look too 'young'...I guess he could be Ratigan's little jailbait toy XD

And of COURSE I love your fics! They're so much fun to read, and I bet they're even more fun to write!

Oh my... I'm actually having a bit of trouble coming back to myself... I don't think words can even express how altogether perfect this was. How Basil anchors himself and breaks just a little bit.

And Ratigan....

I'm sorry but their really are no words good enough to describe this Just know that it was amazing, and I do not believe anything could make this piece better.
