semester schedule
Final reviews for the semester were last friday. Totally kicked my ass, probably didn't sleep more than a couple hour for the ten days preceding. even then, most of the sleep was a waking dream ( Read more... ) -
five minutes was two hours ago
another reason to go home before 11pm: in the 90 minutes since then I have accomplished very little. it is now 12:30 and I have to be back at 8:30 or so. good thing I don't live on top of a gigantic hill any more. -

the beginning
It seems to me that the beginning of things is rarely identifiable at the time. There are elaborate devices that we use to tell ourselves that - "ok, this is it, this is when it starts".
